Job summary

You will help develop the Project Safety Roadmap, coach staff, conduct safety orientations, and participate in daily safety meetings.

Openness to field observations, collaboration with project leadership, and strong communication are essential. OSHA 30, plus safety certifications, are required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• CPR/FA Certified (Trainer Preferred).
• STS and STSC certification preferred.
• 0-2 years construction safety experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating safety programs through daily field walks and log observations.
• Support project-specific corrective action plans to address safety issues.
• Provide feedback to Safety leadership on needed improvements and recognition.
• Coach employees exhibiting unsafe behaviors and recognize safe practices.
• Assist with site safety orientations for new employees.
• Assist with basic safety training and testing (HazCom, Fall Protection, LOTO).
• Support incident investigations and injury/illness case facilitation.
• Raise potential compliance risks to Safety leadership.
• Attend daily safety meetings and evaluate participation and program adherence.
