The Safety Manager provides safety leadership across an assigned region, develops and implements safety programs, and conducts jobsite audits and incident investigations to ensure compliance with company standards.

This role requires strong leadership, training, and communication skills, with a focus on proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Four years of construction safety experience.
• Data center construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and oversight for an assigned region.
• Lead safety programs, train staff, and conduct incident investigations.
• Perform site inspections and audits; verify corrective actions.
• Ensure workers can stop work if unsafe conditions arise.
• Coordinate Safety Committee activities and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Prepare incident reports for Safety Accountability Committee.
• Communicate safety issues and best practices across the organization.
• Develop and deliver high-quality safety training.
• Support preconstruction safety planning and project safety plans.
