Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is a Global Technology and Logistics company delivering IT support services to major industry leaders. The Data Center Safety Program Manager will design and drive a comprehensive safety program across multiple data center sites in the United States, shaping safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytics, and the ability to coach teams, with travel across US data center sites to implement robust controls and improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Health & safety qualification (NEBOSH/CSP/CMIOSH/GradIOSH) or equivalent.
• 4–7+ years in HSE/safety management with data centers or high-risk environments.
• Proven track record in incident investigations and site audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the data center safety management program across sites.
• Lead annual safety strategy and KPI development for data centers.
• Conduct RAMS, job hazard analyses, and risk assessments for critical activities.
• Own permit-to-work system and LOTO controls in live environments.
• Perform site inspections and audits; track actions and report trends to leadership.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis.
