Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Safety Program Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve safety across multiple data center sites in the United States. You will lead a team of coordinators and drive zero-harm goals while ensuring reliability and contractor performance.

This role requires travel to data center sites across the U.S. and collaboration with operations, safety, and client teams to embed safe work practices and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Certified health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CMIOSH).
• 4–7+ years in HSE/safety management, preferably with data centers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the data center safety program at sites.
• Lead annual safety strategy and KPIs for data centers.
• Conduct RAMS, JHA, and risk assessments for critical activities.
• Own permit-to-work, LOTO, isolations, and change control in live environments.
• Plan site inspections, audits, and track corrective actions.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and preventive actions.
• Analyze safety data and create dashboards to drive improvements.
