E2 Optics is seeking a Safety Manager to build and maintain a comprehensive safety program across our sites, focusing on accident prevention and compliance with corporate and client requirements.

The role involves leading incident investigations, developing site-specific safety metrics, and coordinating with Human Resources on screenings. Travel is minimal, with about 5% overnight travel expected.

Formación

• 8+ years Occupational Health and/or Safety experience in a construction environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement site safety programs and metrics to improve safety performance.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
