Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator (Level 3) to lead daily safety operations in client data center, warehouse, and deployment environments.

You will serve as the onsite safety point of contact, drive pre‑task planning, JHA/JSA, and incident investigations while enforcing hazard controls and PPE compliance. You will collaborate with site leadership, safety personnel, and client representatives to ensure work is planned, communicated, and executed in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with safety‑related experience.
• Certification in OSHA 10 or higher preferred.
• Experience delivering safety training and leading hazard control.

Responsibilities

• Lead on safety culture and stop‑work authority across shifts and sites.
• Identify hazards, verify controls, and verify PPE and access procedures.
• Coordinate pre‑task safety planning, JHA/JSA reviews, and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, perform root cause analyses, and track corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, contribute to audits, and report safety trends to management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and client safety requirements.
