Milestone Technologies is seeking a DC Safety Coordinator – Level 3 to lead daily safety operations across client data center, warehouse, construction-adjacent, and deployment environments. You will identify hazards, conduct JHA/JSA planning, and manage incident and near-miss investigations to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in safety coordination or safety leadership roles in logistics, warehouse, data center, or industrial settings.
• Experience in conducting safety inspections, incident/near-miss investigations, and corrective action tracking.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA general industry/construction standards and applicable client/safety regulations.

• Serve as on-site safety coordinator for assigned area or shift.
• Lead hazard recognition, pre-task planning, and safety briefings.
• Identify hazards, verify controls, stop work when unsafe conditions exist.
• Document and investigate safety observations and incidents; track corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and coaching to field personnel.
• Maintain safety records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate safety expectations and lessons learned to teams and partners.
