Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks a Data Center Safety Lead to provide strategic safety oversight across North America data centers, warehouses, and deployment sites.

You will guide incident investigations, training, and program leadership while ensuring OSHA compliance and client safety requirements. You will lead root cause analyses, set safety standards, and partner with operations and client teams to embed safety into daily work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years in safety leadership in logistics, data center, or construction environments.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of OSHA General Industry/Construction standards.
• Strong training program development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses for safety incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee incident investigations and ensure 72-hour RCA timelines.
• Develop and enforce safety programs, policies, and training.
• Manage KPI dashboards and safety reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and audit readiness.
