Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Safety Facilitator for Data Center projects in the Mid-Atlantic/East region. The role is full-time, with 70% field time and 30% documentation, on-site five days a week.

You will ensure rigorous safety compliance and coordinate with GC and owner reps on risk management and reporting. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of construction safety experience in critical environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience in critical environments.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and knowledge of building codes and systems.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily site walks to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols.
• Manage safety records, weekly EHS summaries, and GC evaluations.
• Coach the site safety committee and provide EHS performance data for decision-making.
• Assist in risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate tours with GC and owner reps.
• Support design reviews and contribute to the Data Center EHS Plan (DCCEHSP).
• Oversee Boots on the Ground program and participate in progress meetings where EHS is impacted.
