The position requires strong management skills, ability to train and guide teams, and a commitment to a rigorous 58-hour work week (Mon-Sat).

Qualifications

• Experience in formal safety capacity with four years of construction safety experience.
• Data center construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs, audits, and incident investigations across projects.
• Provide safety counsel and training to management and field teams.
• Support OSHA inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures.
• Foster a safe work culture with an empowered stop-work authority.
