Job summary

Meta is seeking a Facility Project Manager to join our Data Center Facility Operations team in Menlo Park. You will own the portfolio of physical infrastructure projects across an operational data center campus, ensuring retrofit and upgrade programs are planned, sequenced, and delivered with precision.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain reliability and resilience of critical facility infrastructure, oversee charters, schedules, budgets, and risk

Qualifications

• 7+ years project management experience in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree related field; 3+ years experience may substitute.
• Familiar with electrical, mechanical, controls, and life safety systems.
• Experience forecasting budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Proficiency with PM IT toolsets (MS Project, Primavera, ProCore, e-builder).

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of projects across a data center site.
• Coordinate retrofit schedules and cross-functional activities.
• Develop project charters, schedules, and resource plans.
• Monitor risks and mitigate cost, schedule, safety, and quality issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee commissioning, documentation turnover, and asset information.
• Travel occasionally (<10%).
