Job summary

Meta seeks a Facility Project Manager to own the portfolio of data center retrofit projects, coordinating across electrical, mechanical, controls, and life-safety systems. You will lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across a campus.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience in complex environments, a technical Bachelor’s, and PM tools proficiency. Occasional travel is expected, with a compensation package including bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience in complex environments.
Bachelor’s degree related field; 3+ years may substitute for 7+ years.
Familiar with electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire & life safety systems.
Experience forecasting budgets, schedules, and resources.
Proficiency with PM IT tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, ProCore, e-builder).

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize a portfolio of data center projects across a multi-building site.
Coordinate retrofit schedules with campus activities and cross-functional teams.
Lead cross-functional communication and vendor coordination for retrofit programs.
Develop project charters, schedules, resource needs, and WBS as required.
Monitor risks and work with PMs to mitigate schedule, safety, and quality issues.
Ensure QA/QC and commissioning processes and proper document turnover.
