Job summary

Meta seeks a Data Center Facility Project Manager to lead the retrofit portfolio across multiple data center sites in the U.S. You will supervise projects spanning electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire/life-safety systems, and drive charters, WBS, and resource-loaded schedules with cross-functional partners.

The role requires 7+ years in complex PM environments, familiarity with facility systems, and PM IT tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PM experience in complex environments.
• Familiar with Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, and Fire & Life Safety Systems.
• Experience reading plans, specifications, and equipment shop drawings.
• Experience forecasting project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Experience communicating across a broad range of roles/teams.
• Experience with one or more PM IT toolsets (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, ProCore, e-builder).

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of projects at a multiple building data center site.
• Coordinate Retrofit Project Schedules with campus activities.
• Lead cross-functional communication and delegate tasks to retrofit team as needed.
• Develop project charters, schedules, and resource-loaded plans.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation with project teams.
• Ensure QA/QC across commissioning and turnover processes.
• Collaborate with sourcing to develop vendor contracts.
• Travel as required (10%).
