Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for the Data Center Engineering & Construction Team. You will lead construction, commissioning, and turnover of data centers within campus programs, while managing budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts.

The role requires multi-project experience, knowledge of civil/electrical/mechanical systems, and strong negotiation skills. Occasional travel to headquarters (up to 10%) is expected. Meta offers bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction management
• Multi-project experience in large-scale construction and data center work
• Knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Experience with capital budget management and contract administration
• Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, commissioning, and turnover of data centers within campus programs
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and vendor/contractor relations
• Coordinate pre-construction efforts and promote prefabrication strategies
• Support safety programs, 360-degree feedback, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with GC, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects
• Assist with capital budgets, ROMs, and regional book of work
• Travel up to 10% to headquarters as needed
