Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Critical Operations Manager to lead engineering and operational teams responsible for the reliability, safety, and performance of their data center infrastructure. You will develop strategies to enhance operational efficiencies and manage multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in critical facility management, including qualifications in maintaining large-scale infrastructure systems. Comprehensive compensation package includes between $168k and $234k per year, plus bonuses and equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in critical facility engineering or data center operations.
• 6+ years of experience leading and developing engineering or operations teams.
• Experience managing large-scale critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience developing and executing operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of engineers and operations managers.
• Define operational strategy for critical facility infrastructure.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive incident management and root cause analysis processes.
• Develop and manage operational budgets and vendor contracts.
