Job summary

SpaceXAI in Mississippi is seeking a Receiving Specialist to support data center operations. You will receive, inspect, and process high-value materials and equipment, ensuring accurate receipts and proper labeling to support construction and operations.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing or manufacturing, forklift experience, and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment with 12.5-hour shifts on a 4-on/3-off pattern, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years in supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing
• 3+ years in receiving role
• Experience with ERP systems and scanning equipment
• Forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and transact receipts in ERP/WMS.
• Verify conformity with paperwork; check for damage and correct parts.
• Create/print routing labels and identifiers.
• Maintain records of incoming paperwork.
• Coordinate with carriers, purchasing, and internal departments.
• Document non-conformances per procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and review inventory reports.
• Coordinate returns and reverse logistics.
• Operate forklifts per safety procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping in receiving and staging areas.
• Support material flow, including kitting and staging.
