Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and scanning equipment (RF scanners).

Responsibilities

• Receive all materials and transact receipts in ERP/WMS; process holds or exceptions.
• Verify material conformance, paperwork, part numbers, quantities, and specs.
• Create/print routing labels and identifiers for received material.
• File and maintain records of incoming paperwork.
• Interface with carriers, purchasing, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Document nonconformance occurrences per procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and review inventory reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate return shipments and reverse logistics.
• Operate forklifts and powered equipment per safety procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping in receiving and staging areas.
• Support material flow to construction and operations teams.
