Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Receiving Specialist to support data center operations. You will be responsible for the accurate receipt, inspection, and processing of high-value materials and equipment including servers, GPUs, networking gear, power, and cooling systems.

You will ensure shipments are verified, transacted, labeled, and staged correctly to support construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and scanning equipment.
• Experience operating a forklift and other powered equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive all materials/packages and transact receipts in the ERP/WMS system; process hold or exception packages as required
• Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantities, and specifications
• Create/print routing labels and other required identifiers for received material
• File and maintain accurate records of incoming paperwork and documentation
• Interface with carriers, internal customers, purchasing, and other departments to resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues related to receipt and distribution
• Document non-conformance occurrences in accordance with prescribed procedures
• Perform cycle counts and review stagnant inventory reports to ensure location accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate return shipments and reverse logistics
• Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment per safety procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping in receiving and staging areas
• Support material flow to construction and operations teams, including kitting and staging as needed
