Job summary

SpaceXAI in Mississippi is seeking a Lead, Inventory Specialist to oversee warehouse operations for our data centers. You will manage receiving, storage, kitting, issuance, and tracking of servers, networking gear, and related infrastructure, while mentoring teammates and driving backlogs and accuracy.

You will optimize material flow, ensure high‑value equipment is properly handled, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in materials management or inventory control.
• Experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work in a warehouse/data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily/weekly team meetings and help the team improve.
• Oversee daily shift backlogs and inventory queues and ensure metric targets.
• Re-assign resources to meet demands and prioritize data center hardware.
