Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Receiving Specialist to manage inbound materials across multiple shifts. Responsibilities include documenting non-conformances, processing receipts in ERP, printing routing labels, and verifying quantities and paperwork.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
3+ years in supply chain or manufacturing demonstrated experience.
Experience in receiving roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Document production non-conformance occurrences per procedures.
Receive materials/packages and transact receipt in ERP system; process holds.
Create/print routing labels and identifiers for receipt of material.
Verify material against paperwork; check for damage and correct part numbers/qty.
Interface with carriers and internal teams to resolve receipt/distribution issues.
Operate forklifts and power equipment per safety procedures.
Coordinate return shipments with internal/external groups.
Review inventory reports to ensure location accuracy.
