SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Lead, Receiving Specialist to oversee inbound receiving operations for data center construction and operations. You will lead a team of Receiving Specialists to ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free receipts of servers and other critical components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years in receiving/supply chain/warehouse, incl. 1 year in lead/supervisory role.
• ERP/WMS experience and RF handheld scanners.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience handling high-value electronics and critical infrastructure.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of Receiving Specialists; assign work and train.
• Oversee receipt of all incoming materials; transact receipts in ERP/WMS and process holds.
• Create, print, and apply routing labels; maintain records of incoming paperwork.
• Verify material conformity, damage, part numbers, and quantity.
• Interface with carriers, vendors, purchasing, logistics, and construction teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate return shipments and reverse logistics.
• Review inventory reports and support location accuracy and reconciliation.
• Operate forklifts and powered equipment per safety procedures.
• Drive 5S and process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Document non-conformances and support corrective-action processes.
