Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of field experience.
• 10–25% travel.
• 6:00–18:00 schedule; may include Nights/Weekends/Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality inspections for layout conduit systems, lighting, basic control systems and feeders.
• Inspects installation of motor feeders and makes standard motor connections.
• Identify quality issues from construction documents.
• Analyze startup/commissioning schedule and tasks.
• Provide on-site coaching and training to improve performance.
• Lead small crews (2–5 electricians).
• Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with LOTO/OSHA and client standards.
• Provide guidance on job site quality and participate in cross-functional process improvement.
• Gather and present data to Commissioning Superintendent on quality metrics.
