Job summary

AECOM is seeking Data Center Quality Assurance Managers to work on site in Texas. This role involves leading inspectors to ensure construction quality, maintaining NC logs, and coordinating with the Owner and project team for timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates will have 15 years of construction/quality management experience, with CQM certification preferred, and a Bachelor’s in CM/engineering/architecture. On-site relocation required, sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Quality assurance and site inspection of construction work.
• Knowledge of contract compliance and defect/issue tracking.
• Experience with non-conformance and punchlist processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of inspectors ensuring workmanship and materials meet contract requirements.
• Maintain defects list and non-conformance logs.
• Coordinate with Owner and Construction Management Lead on issues and resolutions.
• Oversee testing, retesting and test records; ensure timely reporting.
