Job summary

AECOM in South Dakota is seeking a Data Center Quality Assurance Manager to oversee inspectors, ensure compliance with contracts, and manage defects. This on-site role focuses on coordinating with construction teams and the owner to maintain quality throughout the build.

Qualifications

BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
15 years of experience with construction and/or quality management (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead team of inspectors reviewing workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformity with contracts.
Maintain a list of defects and omissions and manage Non-Conformance/Open Issues Logs.
Monitor contractor quality program for conformance to the plan throughout construction.
Notify client of test failures and plan corrective actions; oversee retesting and test records.
Serve as direct owner contact ensuring successful project execution and communication.
