Job summary

KALCON will lead the QA/QC Manager who drives quality control programs across complex Data Center construction projects, focusing on Civil, Structural, and MEP scopes. Collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and vendors will be essential to implement structured QC processes and continuous improvement throughout construction and commissioning.

The role requires strong Data Center/mission-critical project experience, Procore and Cx Alloy proficiency, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong civil and structural QA/QC background.
• Experience in data center/mission-critical construction.
• Experience with QA/QC processes in construction or MEP-focused projects.
• Familiarity with Procore and Cx Alloy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and inspection workflows.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide Client representation as the General Contractor QA/QC Manager for a Data Center project.
• Lead the Planning Phase of the Quality Control Program (QCP) with Site Operations at kickoff.
• Develop site QC Programs for large-scale projects; submit drafts for review.
• Lead daily QC huddles to review activities and reinforce quality expectations.
• Mentor and train QC staff to ensure consistent quality across projects.
• Create meeting agendas and inspection templates for each Field of Work.
• Support Site Operations in executing the four-step QC Program for each FOW.
• Attend preparatory and initial phase meetings and provide feedback for efficiency.
• Analyze QC data, perform root cause analysis, and propose preventative actions.
• Submit monthly QC performance reports highlighting trends and issues.
• Track all QC documentation, including third-party tests, for compliance.
• Ensure CSA and MEP QC docs are uploaded in Procore or CxAlloy.
• Collaborate with MEP Managers to review commissioning docs for accuracy.
• Provide weekly QC status updates to Senior QC Manager.
• Attend internal and client meetings to report QC activity and gather feedback.
• Promote safe work practices throughout the QC program.
• Manage subcontractor participation in the QCP and ensure documentation standards.
