Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to support data center projects. You will oversee construction quality, ensure compliance with the Quality Management Plan, and collaborate with project teams, contractors, and inspectors.

The role requires thorough inspections, documentation, and timely corrective actions. Preference for candidates with 3–5+ years in QA/QC on large commercial or data center builds and a degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years QA/QC in construction; preference for large commercial, healthcare, or data center projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail in inspection and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and enforce the Project’s Quality Plan (PQP) and construction quality procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and meetings to verify compliance with design documents, specifications, contract requirements, codes, and industry standards.
• Review, track, and assure completion of Third-Party Inspections, quality checklists, and related documentation.
• Identify big picture quality risks and issues; recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive quality records, inspection reports, non-conformances, and test data.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Quality Status Reports for executive review.
• Promote quality awareness and foster a proactive quality culture among field teams.
