Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to oversee construction quality on current and future data center projects. The role focuses on enforcing the Quality Plan, leading inspections, and coordinating with PMs, contractors, and inspectors to ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in construction QA/QC, strong documentation skills, and the ability to drive a culture of quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of quality assurance/quality control experience in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail in inspection and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and enforce the Project’s Quality Plan and construction quality procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and meetings to verify compliance with design documents, specifications, contract requirements, codes, and industry standards.
• Review, track, and assure completion of Third-Party Inspections, quality checklists, and related documentation.
• Identify big picture quality risks and issues; recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive quality records, inspection reports, non-conformances, and test data.
