Job summary

Lochridge-Priest Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to support and execute the company’s quality assurance program across construction projects, with emphasis on data center environments.

You will work with Project Management, Superintendents, and vendors to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and manufacturer requirements. Essential duties include field inspections, documentation, NCRs, and coordinating tests and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC or inspection experience in construction.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine field inspections to verify installations meet drawings, specs, codes, and QA standards.
• Provide QA/QC support for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and critical infrastructure installations.
• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC processes, checklists, and documentation.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and BIM coordination documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate inspections with third-party testers, commissioning teams, and vendors.
