Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or management is required.
• 10+ years in a manufacturing corporate environment.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing a team.
• Experience with low and medium voltage power distribution products.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and standards (IBC/NEC/IEEE etc.).
• Proficient with common PC tools and product configuration/pricing applications.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, and related drafting tools.
• Travel less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Offers Application Engineers in developing customer proposals meeting technical requirements and pricing targets.
• Manage team capacity, staffing, and long‑term business needs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff through performance feedback and training plans.
• Review and present proposals to leadership ensuring alignment with financial targets and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, PMO, engineering) to align solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing agreements, and post‑award change orders.
