Job summary

You will partner with Sales, Business Development, the Execution team, and customers in hyperscale markets to shape strategy, manage capacity, mentor staff, and ensure proposals meet pricing targets while aligning with financial goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or management.
• 10+ years in a manufacturing corporate environment.
• 4+ years leadership experience.
• Experience with MV/LV power distribution products and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Offers Application Engineers to develop customer proposals meeting technical and pricing targets.
• Manage team capacity, staffing, and long-term needs.
• Coach and develop staff through performance feedback and training plans.
• Review, approve, and present customer proposals to leadership, ensuring alignment with financial targets and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
