Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager – Energy to support project teams in building an Incident and Injury Free Culture.

The role focuses on creating and maintaining safety roadmaps, site safety plans, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations. The ideal candidate is OSHA 30 certified with strong construction safety experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence behavior.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction certification is required.
• CPR/FA Certified (Trainer preferred).
• Willing to obtain BCSP CHST within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports for project leadership.
• Lead incident/injury investigations with Production leadership support.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor safety compliance with applicable standards.
