Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager - Energy to lead safety planning on project sites and in offices. The role emphasizes maintaining an Incident and Injury Free Culture, developing roadmaps, and ensuring federal, state, and local compliance.

The ideal candidate is OSHA 30-certified with construction safety experience, understands NFPA/NESC/ASTM/ANSI standards, and can influence safe behaviors through strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction certification required or in progress.
• Experience with incident investigation and safety program development.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NESC, ASTM, ANSI standards is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership in a field environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with production leadership support.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports for project leadership.
• Monitor compliance of CEI and Subcontractors with safety standards.
