Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• Three to five years construction safety experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to influence field teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports for large projects and report to leadership.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with Production leadership support.
• Monitor Cupertino Electric, Inc. and Subcontractor compliance with applicable safety standards.
