Job summary

Automated Logic Corporation, part of Carrier Global, seeks a Project Manager for mission-critical data center projects in Waco, Texas. The role involves planning, budgeting, issue resolution, and progress reporting to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The successful candidate will enhance client and field-team communication, analyze test results to resolve design or system issues, and develop product knowledge for diagnostics in a fast-paced data-center environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction, HVAC or Building Automation.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using lift equipment up to 8 ft and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Able to be insured to drive company or personal vehicles for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects following project processes and provide direction to the Project Team.
• Complete projects per contractual requirements within budget, on-time, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Forecast project revenues and re-estimate costs monthly to maximize profitability.
• Assist with financial performance: planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and re-estimating installation costs.
• Track progress and resolve obstacles to minimize schedule disruption.
• Manage scope delivery and secure change orders for scope creep.
• Coordinate materials, resources, and corrective action plans.
• Build relationships with sub-contractors and resolve issues with corrective actions.
• Facilitate tasks across functional groups to align with project objectives.
