CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical data center projects for clients nationwide. The role focuses on managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of related experience managing design and/or construction projects.
• PMP certification within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects with major clients in the U.S.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage projects from concept to closeout including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with engineering, constructors, vendors, and client stakeholders for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams and drive risk management and quality control.
