Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center cabling deployments across the U.S. The role focuses on planning, coordination, documentation and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Based in Texas with up to ~50% travel, you will work with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency. A strong background in AI infrastructure or hyperscale deployments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in data centers or related infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors and locations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PM/scheduling/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning to closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, status reports, and closeout documentation.
• Lead client and internal project meetings and provide clear status updates.
