Job summary

Automated Logic, a part of Carrier Global Corporation, seeks a Project Manager for mission-critical data center projects in Waco, Texas. You will develop plans, manage budgets, resolve issues, and provide key progress reports to clients and field teams, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in Construction, HVAC or Building Automation, and knowledge of WebCTRL and TCP/IP networks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in Construction, HVAC or Building Automation
• Capable of climbing ladders or using lift equipment over 8 feet and lifting up to 20 lbs
• Ability to be insured for driving company or personal vehicle for business use
• Bachelor’s degree orDiploma in HVAC/Controls or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage projects per contractual requirements within budget and schedule
• Forecast revenues and monitor costs to maximize profitability
• Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors for on-time delivery
• Communicate with clients and field teams, and report progress
• Develop specialized product knowledge for diagnostics and problem solving
