QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager in Dallas, TX, responsible for leading and managing design and construction activities on various projects. The role involves collaboration with contractors, designers, and facilities teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, over five years of construction management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position requires a daily on-site presence and potential travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices.
• Management of various project delivery methods from conceptual development through close-out.
• Ability to work on-site daily in West TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus and maintain updated budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with QTS stakeholders to create a master development program.
• Monitor project budget and cost-to-date against the overall project budget.
