Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, mission-critical data center projects for clients nationwide. The role focuses on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of infrastructure delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience managing design and/or construction projects, with PMP certification within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
7+ years of related experience managing design and/or construction projects.
PMP certification within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of data center projects and programs for major U.S. clients.
Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget; oversee staffing and cost control.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and vendors.
Monitor risks, opportunities, and financial performance with forecasting and invoicing.
Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure quality and schedule.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet contract requirements.
