Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead complex, fast-paced projects in Texas. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring construction management or related degree, experience with data centers or large commercial builds, and proficiency with CM software like Procore. ESOP culture, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in construction science or commensurate experience.
Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects preferred.
Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar CM software.
OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages daily oversight of all assigned projects.
Active participation in new Project Pre-construction.
Monitor job progress, subcontractor performance & project costs.
Review RFIs and submittals; coordinate with Asst. PM.
Negotiate with subcontractors & suppliers; manage contracts.
Prepare monthly billings and financial reports.
Conduct Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings weekly.
Review project schedule and subcontractor pay applications with the Superintendent.
Oversee project closeout and milestone reporting.
