Job summary

Pogue Construction in Texas is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee multiple fast-paced data center and mission-critical construction projects. You will manage daily project operations, coordinate pre-construction, monitor budgets and schedules, review RFIs and submittals, and lead weekly OAC meetings with the Owner, Architect, and Contractors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction management experience with a General Contractor.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily oversight of all assigned projects
• Active participation in new Project Pre-construction
• Monitor job progress, Subcontractor performance & Project costs
• Review Assistant Project Manager RFIs and Submittals
• Working knowledge of project bids and issue contracts
• Negotiate with Subcontractors & Suppliers
• Prepare monthly billings and financial reports
• Prepare/Conduct all Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) Meetings (Weekly)
• Review Project Schedule and Subcontractor Pay Applications
• Oversee timely project close out
• Attend Owner-sponsored events
• Train Asst. PM and Project Coordinator, if assigned
• Knowledge of Owner and Subcontractor contracts
