Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee complex, fast-paced data center and mission-critical construction projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and reliability with a hands-on approach and close collaboration with supers, PMs, and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in construction science or commensurate experience.
• Hands-on commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of all assigned projects.
• Participate in new Project Pre-construction.
• Monitor job progress, subcontractor performance & project costs.
• Review RFIs and Submittals.
• Negotiate with Subcontractors & Suppliers.
• Prepare monthly billings and financial reports.
• Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings (weekly).
• Review project schedule and Subcontractor pay applications with Superintendent.
• Oversee timely project close out.
• Train Asst. PM and Project Coordinator as assigned.
• Knowledge of owner and subcontractor contracts.
