Job summary

Pogue Construction in McKinney, TX seeks a Project Manager to oversee complex, fast-paced data center and mission-critical projects. You will manage daily operations, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction science or related field and experience with data centers, MEP coordination, and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in construction science or commensurate experience.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Exposure to MEP systems coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily oversight of all assigned projects.
• Monitor job progress, subcontractor performance & project costs.
• Prepare monthly billings and financial reports.
• Review RFIs and submittals; negotiate with subcontractors & suppliers.
• Attend Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings weekly.
• Oversee project schedule and contract completions; ensure timely close out.
