Pogue Construction in Texas is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead complex, fast-paced construction projects for mission-critical and data center clients. You will oversee daily progress, manage budgets, review schedules, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

Ideal candidates have hands-on commercial construction experience with a General Contractor, a Bachelor’s in construction science or related field, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in construction science or commensurate experience.
• OSHA 30 Certification is preferred.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial projects.
• Experience with MEP systems coordination and installation is a plus.
• Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily oversight of all assigned projects.
• Active participation in new Project Pre-construction.
• Monitor job progress, subcontractor performance & project costs.
• Review Assistant PM RFIs and Submittals.
• Negotiate with subcontractors & suppliers.
• Prepare monthly billings and financial reports.
• Review meetings with Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC).
• Review project schedule and subcontractor pay applications.
• Oversee timely project close out.
• Attend Owner-sponsored events.
• Train Asst. PM and Project Coordinator, if assigned.
