Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Project Executive for Mission Critical projects to provide leadership across budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction. You will own the project from pre-construction to closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure profitability and high standards.

Responsibilities include defining budgets, schedules, milestones, assigning qualified staff, and mentoring team members while maintaining Suffolk's core values and delivering top-tier

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 10–15 years of construction management experience.
• Experience leading multiple project teams including development of direct reports and maintaining relationships with external entities.
• Self-perform experience a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of intricate commercial construction practices required.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in financial and profitability aspects of projects under jurisdiction.
• Participate in work acquisition by defining and developing project budgets and schedules to achieve profitability objectives.
• Set milestones and assign staff qualified to handle scope and complexity.
• Build relationships with clients, owners, architects, and subcontractors to exceed client satisfaction.
• Oversee resources from start-up through closeout to meet budget, schedule, quality, and profitability objectives.
• Serve as the common thread owning the project from Pre-Construction through Closeout and beyond.
