You will mentor on-site staff and collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR Training.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project direction and mentoring staff.
• Review and approve cost budgets; manage change orders.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor payments and reporting.
• Ensure safety policies and QA/QC program compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects and etc. to drive project success.
