Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company seeks a Project Manager 2 to lead the overall direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects in Oklahoma. You will mentor on-site staff and act as the primary client contact, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and a track record managing projects over $25 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects over $25 million.
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid/CPR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and mentors on-site staff.
• Manages project direction, schedule and finances.
• Communicates with Owners and subcontractors.
• Prepares and negotiates Change Orders.
• Leads project closeout and risk management.
