Job summary

Metric DCX in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hyperscale and mission-critical data center delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. You will lead project teams, manage commercial and technical risk, and ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality while coordinating with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners.

Travel to West Minneapolis, MN is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical experience required.
• Experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• GC/subcontractors experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and construction coordination.
• Experience with commissioning, turnover and early operational requirements.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6 and MS Office is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and deliver large-scale data center facilities from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage commercial and technical risk, while ensuring safety, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate thousands of activities with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners.
• Oversee turnover and readiness of operating data center systems.
