Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee real estate projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating scope, budgets, schedules and risk with clients and delivery teams.

This role requires strong judgment across multiple information sources, mastery of MS Office, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. LEED AP / PMP preferred; you will model our values and drive project success for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work with clients to prepare project scope, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFQ/RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project governance and ensure data integrity across projects.
• Direct the project delivery team and track progress toward objectives and risks.
• Demonstrate leadership and model CBRE RISE values in practice.
