Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide in the United States. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor site staff, and coordinate with Superintendents, MEP teams, subcontractors, and consultants while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience delivering large-scale data center or mission critical construction projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, MEP systems, and critical infrastructure
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of large-scale data center and mission critical construction projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and contract administration
• Coordinate with Superintendents, MEP teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, change orders, and financial performance
• Lead project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
• Ensure all work complies with company safety, quality, and operational standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues that may impact delivery
• Mentor and support Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and site teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes
